ORGANIC EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL

Adjacent to Sierra de Cazorla, in Jaén, our oil is made from the same variety of olives, which is Picual, and in the same conditions of climate, altitude, farming methods and extraction methods as the one produced in Jaén. Our oil is characterized by its fruity aroma, slightly spicy flavor, color and consistency.

At Finca los Arenales we care about maintaining the ecosystems associated with the traditional olive grove, avoiding intensive monoculture and respecting the native fauna and flora.

GREEN EVOO FIRST DAY OF HARVEST

Early harvest oil with an intense green color and fruity flavor to become softer as they evolve over time.
The Picual olive as a rule, permits us to obtain an oil featuring marked character, fruity, peppery bite and hints of tomato, figs and apple that clearly sets it apart from other lighter varieties.

Our green EVOO has very interesting qualities for working in cold dishes as well as raw food, bread, vegetables... where all its distinctive characteristics are enhanced.
